Wireframes: Foundry-Coded v2

Working wireframes for the next-version veta UI. Same Foundry-coded mood as Egan v2 — institutional, panel-disciplined, analytical. IT Financial Management context; grid-heavy, scenario-driven. See CONTEXT.md.

ScenarioTo-Be

Five sections, organized by intent — model + scenario as primary context

Today's IA is a 13-item flat sidebar with the scenario selector buried at the bottom. v2 collapses to 5 intent-oriented sections and lifts the active model + scenario to the sidebar header, where they belong. Reference data (DC, Oracle, currencies) moves under Cost. Value-engineering pages (Value Streams, VE Portfolio, Plans, ROI) consolidate under Value — including the Egan-fed pages.

Brief replaces the stats dashboard

Scenarios in flight, open VE work, what changed — not metric tiles.

Model + scenario in the header

Active context is always visible. Fast model-switching via dropdown + ⌘K.

Cost / Value separation

Cost is the data layer (grids, reference). Value is the work product (streams, plans, ROI).

Brief

Home — replaces the v1 stats dashboard. Scenarios in flight, open VE work, what changed. Identity-defining page.

Cost Grid (Current State TCO)

The daily-driver page. AG-Grid-styled spreadsheet, Foundry-coded chrome. Real-time editing, column grouping, pinned headers.

ROI Analysis

Panel-driven financial view. NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity. Charts on dark canvas. The "answer" page.

Value Streams

Egan-integrated page. Surfaces Egan's process models inside veta and binds them to financial projections. Proves the two products feel related but distinct.

Design System (Reference)

System

Tokens, primitives, atoms.

Wireframe Template

Kit page scaffold (marketing). veta adapts with sidebar+main shell.

Components

Additional patterns beyond the deck.
